In a busy classroom, students may not always receive the individual attention they need to ask questions, build confidence, and fully understand new concepts. Many students benefit from focused one-on-one support outside the classroom, whether they’re catching up, strengthening important skills, or ready to work ahead. At DoubleJump, every session is shaped around the individual learner and designed to help them take their next step with confidence.

OUR TEAM
Executive Director, Lori Rotherham is an educator with over 30 years of experience. She has served as a teacher, dean of students, district arts coordinator, associate principal, and principal. Her areas of expertise include secondary education, arts education, special education, and disability accommodations.
She believes that every student has a unique set of gifts and challenges. She co-founded DoubleJump tutoring with her 2 amazing adult children with the goal of helping all students discover their strengths and achieve their unique potential. She believes that supporting students should include a “gradual release of responsibility” as students develop their learning skills and become more independent learners.
She looks forward to partnering with you and your child!
Director of Professional Development, Samantha Moffatt is a certificated teacher working in Washington State. She has several years of experience working as a private tutor for students aged 5 to 17 years old. She specializes in working with students with disabilities and helping them reach their full potential.
Director of Digital Media, Josh Coker brings a versatile, jack-of-all-trades professional background in technology, management, customer service, administration, and creative problem-solving to DoubleJump. By managing the company’s website, digital presence, branding, and online communications, he helps ensure that DoubleJump remains organized, accessible, and welcoming to the families and tutors it serves.
